Tamil Nadu State Arbiter Examination at Hosur on 23rd Feb 2014

Tamil Nadu State Arbiter Examination at Hosur, Krishnagiri District
Responding to the ever growing demand for quality arbiters, Tamil Nadu
State Chess Association, assisted by Krishnagiri District Chess
Association, will conduct an examination for the title of State
Arbiter at Hotel Sarovar Portico, Hosur on Sunday 23rd February 2014.
A refresher class by Prof.R. Anantharam IA in the morning will be
followed by the examination in the afternoon.

Fee for the examination is Rs.500. A demand daft for Rs.500/-,
(favouring Tamil Nadu State Chess Association, payable at Chennai)
along with duly signed application form, mentioning, name of the
applicant, date of birth, father&as;s name, address, mobile number,
e-mail id, fide id and rating, if any must be routed through the
respective district chess association, to TN State Chess Association,
on or before 21st February.

Those who pass the examination will be awarded the tile of State
Arbiter, a requisite to officiate in state/district level tournaments.
Though refresher classes will be held in the morning, participants
have to come prepared for the examination in the afternoon, as the
morning hours will be used mainly for interaction.
